We are a team of highly committed and passionate professionals. Our founder has more than 15 years of experience as a senior professional in accounting and finance.
We aim to deliver only those qualifications that we understand and are good at. We politely refuse to be a supermarket offering variety of qualifications but no real focus or expertise in any.
We aim at a niche segment of learners who are genuinely interested in learning the skills and knowledge. Being in full or part time employment, they would benefit from taking full control of their career aspirations without having to attend physical classroom based sessions.
We were nominated by the AAT for their "BEST NEW TRAINING PROVIDER" and "BEST USE OF E-LEARNING" awards in 2016.
Charles Legg, Internal Verifier
I have taught AAT and ACCA subjects for over 20 years, including as the AAT Course Team Leader at Uxbridge College. In addition, I have acted as Internal Verifier for a number of other Further Education Colleges in the Greater London area and other parts of the UK.
My role is to verify (second mark) the assessments that are assessed by the centre and report them to the AAT.
Charles Legg, FCA, MAAT is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of England and Wales and a fellow member of the Association of Accounting Technicians. Charles also holds qualifications in teaching, assessing and internal verification.
Bharat Shah, Director
I provide the vision and formulate strategy. I also teach accounting subjects and assess some of the subjects. I have over 15 years' experience as a senior manager in accounting and finance sector having worked in five countries. I have over ten years' experience as an AAT lecturer and course leader/course coordinator. I have also been an Associate Lecturer for two years at the Open University for their business programme.
Bharat Shah, MBA, ACA, B.Com is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Bharat also holds qualifications in teaching and assessing.
Aditya Shah, Business & IT manager
My role is to oversee the business, marketing, and IT functions at Learning Academy. I also run the exam centre at our Milton Keynes office. I enjoy the challenges of online marketing and I endeavour to make our courses and services tuned to the requirements of our current and potential students. As an online training provider, we are more responsive and flexible to the requirements of our customers.
Aditya Shah holds a degree in Business Management with specialisation in Marketing.
