Enrolment Process

If you are ready for enrolment, please use the Online Application Form. We will review your application and get in touch with you soon.

If you are unsure about our AAT courses or study options, please follow the process below.

  1. You enquire for the course (either by email or by filling out the online form).
  2. You receive the course information by email along with an invitation to an informal discussion.
  3. Based on the discussion, you are offered enrolment and receive an online enrolment form (which you need to complete).
  4. Once you complete your enrolment form, we will then send the invoice with payment details.
  5. Enrolment is complete and effective only when you complete the enrolment form and make the payment within stipulated time.

Our admissions and enrolment process is quite informal. At the same time, we strongly believe that teaching and learning is a two way partnership. One cannot self-enrol into a course or ‘buy’ a course online. Even though we earn fees through our courses, we believe that we need to ascertain your suitability first so that you are placed in the right course. We have therefore, not made our enrolment forms available online.

We take your email (or phone call) as expression of interest - hence no need to apply formally. We will then discuss the course details with you and, depending on your chosen study option, invite you to attend couple of demo sessions. We will make sure that you are thoroughly comfortable with the course content and requirements. We will also assess you for the entry requirements for the course you are interested in. We will then offer you enrolment and provide details about payments. The whole process can be done over virtual meeting and you may not need to attend physically.

We will not enrol you after the course has started.

Our fees are payable in advance and will be fully transparent. We will clearly specify what is included and what is not. Your place in the course is not assured unless the fees are paid in full. We reserve the right to cancel any course before its start date. Full fees (as collected) will be refunded in that case.

We will also give you a grace period (depending upon the course length) wherein you can withdraw your enrolment. Full fees (as collected) will be refunded subject to charges for any books/resources provided. We are confident about our teaching and learning process and hence are happy to provide this extra peace of mind. Fees are not refundable after the initial grace period.
